EPDM
EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) offers excellent resistance to automotive brake fluid and steam and hot water, and also Skydrol and other phosphate ester fluids at higher temperatures. EPDM also offers excellent resistance to the effects of ozone, sunlight and weathering. These compounds can be formulated to have service temperatures in the range -54°C to +160°C. Standard compounds operate in service range of -40°C to +130°C, although short excursions are possible up to +150°C. We offer WRAS approved EPDM for potable water applications.
